Expert Ideal for the experienced skydiver. Activates at approximately 750 feet AGL shen the vertical speed is more than 78miles per hour. Stydent During freefall, the unit will activate at approximately 750 feet AGL. If the student has a partially poened main and the vertical speed is above 29miles per hour, the unit will activate at approximately 1000feet. This allows more time to handle a two canopy out situation. Tandem Activates at approximately 1900feet AGL, when vertical speed is more than 78miles per hour. This allows more time for the slower poening of a tandem reserve canopy. Speed Activates ato approximately 750feet Agl, when vertical speed is more than 96miles per hour. It is designed to allow very extreme canopy piloting. The high activation speed(approx.86percent of freefall speed) plus ceasing operation below 330 feet are tailored for this discipline. for some activities, the Speed CYPRES may not be suitable. |
