With 115 V Millermatic 140, user only has to set wire diameter and material thickness, and Auto-Set(TM) technology will automatically set wire feed speed and voltage to achieve optimal welding results. Available with or without Auto-Set, welder provides smooth, spatter-free starts through Smooth-Start(TM) technology and can weld up to 3/16 in. in single pass. Auto-Set feature works with C25 gas and either .024 or .030 solid wire.
